Dominic Burgess, who stars alongside Kim Kardashian in the twelfth season of American Horror Story, opened up about his experience shooting an intimate scene with the reality show star.
In “American Horror Story: Delicate,” Dominic plays director-on-the-rise Hamish Moss, while Kim portrays Siobhan Corbyn, a high-powered publicist with a devilish twist. The two form an agreement to make Hamish’s career take off.
In an interview with Variety, the 41-year-old actor revealed he was intimidated about filming a steamy scene with the Skims founder.
“I was nervous and body-conscious, and to find out my first sex scene [was] going to be with an icon known for their beauty was a lot,” he shared.

However, the intimacy coordinator on set and Kim’s easy-going personality helped him shake off his nerves.
“But there was a great intimacy coordinator who asked what we felt comfortable with, and the director was John J. Gray, who I worked with on ‘Feud’—and Kim was wonderful. It ended up being a really pleasant experience.”
The British actor was also impressed with Kim’s professionalism, stating she didn’t fit into the stereotype of the diva locked inside her dressing room.
“She worked so hard. Someone in her position could just go to their trailer and just come out when needed, but she was so present,” he added.

“She was asking questions, sharing ideas, and being really open and engaging.”
The two even had a moment to bond over their mutual interests in between takes.
“She was really friendly. We talked about travel and Broadway shows and Shania Twain!”
Another much-talked-about moment in the FX horror show is when Siobhan kisses Emma Roberts’ character, Anna Victoria Alcott, an up-and-coming actress who’s trying to start a family with her husband.
During an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Emma said that kissing Kim was like “another day in the office.”
“‘But my sister was like, ‘No, it’s not, you kissed Kim Kardashian, and you didn’t tell me,'” the “Scream” alum said of her younger sister’s reaction to the “intense” scene.
“Kim was wonderful. It ended up being a really pleasant experience,” the British actor said
She also gave details about the messy aftermath of the kissing session.
“Meanwhile, we were laughing because we kissed, and they said cut. Kim looked at me and started laughing,” Emma recalled.
“I was like, ‘What?’ and I just had her gloss all over my face.
“And so we had to do major cleanup in between every take because she has the most perfect glossed lips, obviously, and it was everywhere.”
He also mentioned he was impressed by Kim’s work ethic and commitment to her role
Kim’s future projects include the comedy film “The Fifth Wheel,” which has been sold to Netflix. The law student is set to star as the eponymous “fifth wheel” alongside a female ensemble cast, as per Variety.
Additionally, she will play a successful divorce lawyer in a legal drama created by Ryan Murphy for Hulu.
