Shayne Ward shows off his three and a half stone weight loss with shirtless snap

Shayne Ward got jaws dropping with his incredible transformation,

The singer, 35, has showcased the results of losing three and a half stone with a series of shirtless snaps on social media on Thursday.

In the first snap, The X Factor star exhibited his ripped physique after he tore off his shirt and draped it over his shoulder.

The hunky pop star was the picture of confidence as he pouted while he looked into the distance.

In a second snap, Shayne turned to the camera to reveal the full extent of his 24lbs weight loss.

The fitness guru credited his honed shape to UP Fitness whom he has been training with for the last 21 weeks.

He expressed he was feeling "a lot healthier in body and mind" after shedding the pounds.

“I’m happy to not be in that place I was 21 weeks ago. I was sluggish, I was stressed and I didn’t really want to do anything," he explained to The Manchester Evening News.

"When I started training, I wasn’t in the greatest place – I was trying to balance everything on my shoulders in my personal and professional life. I didn’t enjoy ‘me’."

He added: "It doesn’t just mean getting bulging biceps or a bigger chest, it means you can be a lot healthier in body and mind. My confidence is through the roof. People say ‘you look happier’, ‘your confidence is so much better’."

Shayne shared his journey with his 296K followers on Instagram .

He wrote: "I’m So Happy to share with you the Results of my training with @up_north_pt for 21 weeks.
I have lost 3 1/2 stone in total and feel amazing. Thank you UP For everything. #forevergrateful ."

In 2017, Shayne hit back at fat-shamers when he read out cruel comments during an appearance on Loose Women.

The telly star shrugged off the abuse as he claimed he had a "thick skin".

He told the panel at the time: "I can laugh about the abuse because I have thick skin."
