Shaughna Phillips shared stunning bikini pics as she admits she's proud of her bodies imperfections.
The former Love Islander took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie, from what appears to be a hotel room, as she poses with a bright orange bikini showing off her sensational figure.
But she also shared a video as she strutted her stuff before reminding followers of how Instagram images don't always tell the full story and are 'curated' for viewers.
She penned: "Just your daily reminder that the bikini body’s you see on Instagram have been curated for your consumption."
As she posed in different shots in the video and more light it showed her body in a less flattering light but she continued to offer advice in a motivational body confidence post.
She added: "Body’s look different when they move, they look different in lighting, and who gives a FU€K?! Just be you."
And in a nod to those hoping soak up the rays this summer she confessed she's a firm believer in protecting her skin.
She added: "Also shout out to the light marks next to my belly button which are from me applying factor 50 on my freckles, this is your reminder to do the same."
And in a cheeky nod to her critics she quipped: This video is gonna annoy someone in the Daily Mail comments with a name like Steve1996englandtillid!e
"But you can't win them all!"
And her followers were keen to heap praise on her with many leaving positive messages of encouragement.

The reality TV star has previously told how she ditched her enhanced lips after she was forced to have the 'filler' taken out when they started to develop lumps.
But after a decade of getting used to her enhanced lips she admitted she felt it was “traumatising” to have the filler removed, but said there was “more going on in the world than me worrying about having big lips”.
Sharing her treatment in a candid video to show the process involved she added: “The real reason I'm sharing my lips dissolving journey is because I have been preaching about separating your happiness from your body image."
