Shaughna Phillips looks very different in rare TV appearance after ditching filler

Stunning Love Island star Shaughna Phillips made a rare TV appearance on Tuesday, two months on from revealing she had decided to have her filler dissolved.

The former Islander, 28, was a guest on Good Morning Britain 's second show of the week to discuss whether holidays should be postponed due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.

Chatting with hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid, the reality TV star looked stunning in a bright white top and soft pink blazer, as she defended those who may be taking a vacation in the coming months.

The TV babe wore her caramel blonde locks in loose waves and showed off her natural beauty with a subtle makeup look.

Shaughna Phillips first came to the public's attention during her 2020 stint on Love Island (ITV)

During the discussion, Shaughna - who appeared on the first ever Winter Love Island in 2020 - admitted she disagreed with one company's decision to forbid staff from taking holidays in an attempt to create an "inclusive" environment.

"I can completely understand going in and talking about my holiday while someone is trying to figure out whether they are going to have breakfast or dinner, I get it," she explained during her time on the ITV show.

"I think it's all relative. Hearing someone else going on holiday would make me happy for them, and I'd love to hear their experiences.

"You can be happy for someone, while also be thinking, 'I wish I was going on holiday'."

Shortly after her cameo on the breakfast show, fans complimented Shaughna on the argument she put forward, but also her appearance.

"U looked beautiful x," one fan told the star on Twitter - with the reality TV star thanking and replying to her complimentary fan.

Earlier this year, Shaughna admitted she was 'traumatised' as she showed off her natural pout for the first time in 8 years.

Speaking on social media in March, the popular star admitted having a fuller pout made her feel more confident, but she was forced to have the filler taken out when they started to develop lumps.

"The real reason I'm sharing my lips dissolving journey is because I have been preaching about separating your happiness from your body image," the body positive champion wisely told her fans online.

"I've been putting this off for so long because I just can't bear the thought of having lips anymore. It will be all done in two weeks, all fresh and new so I'm trying to practice what I preach," Shaughna explained.

The clip then showed her having a patch test done, in order to check she wouldn’t have an allergic reaction, followed by a close-up of her lips being injected.

She later went on to explain that she would be looking to plump up her pout once again, as removing the fillers was only a temporary measure.

"I got mine dissolved because I needed to start mine again," she told new! magazine when discussing her ever-changing lips.

"I was put off doing it for a while because I was so hung up on the thought of not having filler, but I needed to get that out of my head," she explained, as she added: "There’s more to life than having big lips."
