Sharon Osbourne is preparing for a TV return after exiting The Talk.
Last year, the wife of Ozzy Osbourne left the American panel show over alleged comments she made about race when she defended Piers Morgan after he relentlessly slammed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry following their famous interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Sharon, 69, stood by Piers, 56, refusing to apologise and was then quizzed on The Talk by her co-hosts as to why she was backing the bolshy ex GMB host's point of view.
This led to led to a heated exchange with her The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood and during the tense on-air row Sharon was accused of racism and as a result, the chat show was taken off air to investigate the incident.
Shortly after CBS confirmed Sharon's departure from The Talk in a statement.
But now, 11 months after her departure from the series, Sharon has teased a new project but remained tight-lipped about the details.
Taking to Twitter on Monday evening, the Brixton born star uploaded a video clip where she could be seen with her pet dog.
She told her fans: "I’m saying Happy New Year now because I didn’t before, because I didn’t want to get on the old iPhone and talk to anyone, I’ve not felt like it."
Sharon then announced she would be back on TV soon, as she added: "I want to share that I have been signed to do a new TV show, it’ll be starting very soon and I couldn’t be happier."
Not giving anything away, she continued: "I can’t tell you where the show is yet, and what network, because the TV company have to do that, that’s not my job.
"Once they announce it then we can all talk about it and we can all go."
Alongside the footage, she penned: "She hasn’t, she didn’t, she couldn’t, well, I did."
In 2021, Sharon took to social media to issue an apology over her behaviour on The Talk.
After she was slammed over the remarks, she apologised to "anyone of colour that I offended and/or to anyone that feels confused, or let down by what I said."

She explained that she had "allowed my fear and horror of being accused of being racist take over".
Sharon was also accused of making a racial slur at colleague Julie Chen.
The outspoken star has denied all the claims.
When Sharon left The Talk reports claimed that she was going to receive a whopping payout from CBS.
A source told Page Six : “Sharon is walking away with a $5 to $10 million minimum payout and was able to spin that it was her decision [to leave the show]."
