Business reality TV show Shark Tank India’s popular judge and former BharatPe MD Ashneer Grover is on a mission to invest in his health. From the beginning of the show (in 2021) to now, Grover has had a massive fitness transformation, getting closer to his healthiest self day by day.
Sharing his weight loss success with his fans and followers on Instagram, Grover, who is famous for his unfiltered opinions on the show, posted a picture on his Instagram handle. Dressed in a black T-shirt with tan-colored bottoms, Ashneer looks super lean and fit.
In the caption, he revealed that he has lost a whopping 10 kgs and also shared the ideas that helped him reach his goal. The caption read, "10 Kgs down ! Simply discipline and zidd !!"
So, it took a lot of discipline in committing to his healthier diet and fitness routine, along with determination to not quit and go back to his former, not-so-fit self. Surely, weight loss journeys require a lot of perseverance, patience and dedication in order to truly reach your goals.

In a previous Instagram post in June, Grover had also shared another picture of himself with the update that he is losing inches and kilos. As for how he did that, he revealed that eating healthy food and going for long walks helped.

Throughout his weight-loss journey, Grover has undergone various lifestyle changes, switching from unhealthy eating choices to calorie-burning activities. In an interview with a media outlet, he had revealed that earlier he used to go out to eat gol gappas at 6 in the evening. However, now, at the same time, you will find him working out to lose all the extra weight he has been carrying. Along with helping in weight loss, regular exercise also reduces the risk of developing several serious lifestyle diseases.
