Share your experiences of incontinence to raise awareness of the six million Australians who suffer

Incontinence affects an estimated six million Australians.  (Supplied)

Incontinence affects an estimated one-in-four Australians — more than six million people — and that number is expected to rise.

Any accidental or involuntary loss of urine or faeces, or inability to pass them naturally can be categorised as incontinence.

It is a personal issue and can feel humiliating and degrading to talk about, but that's why we need to talk about it.

If you are an Australian who suffers from incontinence issues, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for people from all walks of life, who have different types of conditions, to share stories and help normalise the discussion.

We want to show that you're not alone.

If you're willing to discuss your story, please fill in the form below and our reporter will be in touch.

All submissions will be treated with care and confidentiality.

You can share your story with us or ask us a question using the form below and our journalists may be in touch to investigate for either a TV, radio or digital story. All submissions will be treated with care and confidentiality.

If you're experiencing troubles loading the form, you can access it here.
