In the original cast of 'Charmed,' Doherty portrayed the character Prue alongside Milano and Combs. However, after three seasons, her character was written off and replaced by McGowan's character, Paige. In a December episode of Doherty's podcast, she and Combs revealed that Doherty had been fired due to an alleged ultimatum given by Milano to the producers.
According to Combs, a 'Charmed' producer informed her that Milano had given an ultimatum, essentially stating that it was either Doherty or herself, and Milano had threatened to sue for a hostile workplace environment.
