Shanna Moakler says she's refusing to watch ex-husband Travis Barker on The Kardashians

Shanna Moakler has signalled that she intends to completely shun the new Kardashians show – which will include scenes of her ex-husband Travis Barker and his new love, Kourtney.

The 47-year-old model and actress was married to 46-year-old Blink-182 drummer Travis from 2004 until 2008 and together they share two children; 18-year-old son Landon and 16-year-old daughter Alabama.

Travis reportedly got married to 42-year-old Kourtney – who shares three children of her own with her 38-year-old ex-partner Scott Disick – in a Las Vegas ceremony earlier this month, with scenes of the couple’s engagement and marriage expected to feature in the new Kardashian Hulu/Disney+ show and reports suggesting the Vegas wedding was just a stunt for the show.

However, Shanna has explained that she will absolutely not be tuning in to the new series to see how her ex-husband is dealing with life without her.

She told Us Weekly: “I’ve never seen an episode of the Kardashians and I won’t start now,.

“However, I wish them nothing but success. As long as my children are happy that’s all I care about. My ex’s relationship really isn’t any of my business but I wish them continued happiness.”

Meanwhile, Shanna might not be the only one that won’t bother to tune in to the Kardashian’s new reality series – as it was mauled by critics ahead of the first episode airing last week.

Following 14 years, 20 seasons and 286 episodes of the original Keeping Up With The Kardashians show, there are fears there is no appetite for a new series focusing on the lives of the fame hungry family.

Early reviews branded the series “aggressively boring” and devoid of any new or interesting content – with episode one featuring Kim complaining about the sex tape that made her famous and how it continues to haunt her.

In a scathing take, Daniel D’Addario from Variety said that the show is being “held back” because it’s “obsessed with the past”.

He said the new show has “little” new information or gossip about the KarJenners, and complained that Kim’s appearance in the new show is “muted”.

While Lovia Gyarkye from The Hollywood Reporter had a similarly scathing take on the first two episodes of the new reality show, as she said it was a “disappointment”, with a lack of “shock value”.

Labelling it “aggressively” boring, she said the show felt like an “experiment in marketing, selling viewers an unattainable aesthetic and lifestyle,”, and complained the family constantly displayed their “dizzying amounts of wealth.”

Meanwhile, Kourtney's ex, Scott, has thanked the fact that she is engaged to Travis – as it has finally helped him move on from their relationship which lasted from 2005 until 2015.

He said: "I always had her friends or our family in my ear kind of like, 'Don't worry, honey, eventually you guys will figure it out'. And, 'You'll get back together one day.' So my foot was always halfway in the door.

"Now we're really just more of co-parenters. I would say it's probably one of the more difficult things in my life."
