Shane Lowry shot a spectacular four under par 68 for his third round at the Horizon Irish Open earlier on today.
The score takes the 2019 Open Champion to seven under for the event, just four shots off current leader Jorge Campillo.
Lowry, who only made the cut by the skin of his teeth after birdieing the final four holes on Friday, made a solid start parring the first four holes at Mount Juliet estate this morning.

The Offaly native burst into life midway through his front nine, making birdie on the fifth, seventh and eighth holes to make the turn in just 33 shots.
A birdie on the par five tenth hole saw Lowry move to four under for the day. And while he gave a shot back on 16, he bounced back with birdie on the penultimate hole.
Fellow Irishman Padraig Harrington had another solid day on the course this morning. The newly crowned US senior Open Champion shot a respectable 71, making four birdies and three bogey's, and is currently in a tie for 46th at four under par for the event.
Numerous other competitors took advantage of the scorable conditions to go low on moving day. Dale Whitnell flew up the leaderboard firing in a stunning 66 and is second in the standings, while John Catlin is 6 under for the day thru twelve holes and is in a share of first position.
Overnight leader Campillo tee's off a little later on this afternoon, while home frontrunner Seamus Power tee'd off a little while ago, and is level par thru his first two holes.
