Shameless star Tina Malone says she now looks 40 years old after she quit drinking booze.
The 60-year-old actress is known for her role as Mimi in the British sitcom from 2005 until 2013.
Her character was the brash, foul-mouthed, and violent matriarch of the Maguire family.
A decade after the end of the series, Tina discussed turning 60 and said she's 'feeling sexy' about herself.
"I’m so proud of being 60, it’s a ripe old age and I look 40!" she explained following her birthday at the end of January.
"People always say ‘you can’t be 60,’ I love telling people. I feel the best I ever have – and I think I probably feel the sexiest I have in my life too."
She added to Closer that her 'age is a privilege' and got a new perspective on her life after attending many funerals in the last few years.
"I’m going to visit a different country every single month this year," she continued.
"In January I went to Spain, February is Rome. I also want to go to Poland, Holland and LA."
After Shameless came to an end, Tina went on to star in the prison drama Clink, and even enjoyed a stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2009.
Tina hit the headlines when she had a reported £50,000 makeover, including a tummy tuck and facelift after she lost 12 stone.
The star had a gastric band fitted, and she went under the knife to complete her full-body makeover.
However, her career hit the brakes when she was sacked from a pantomime production of Sleeping Beauty in December 2018, after admitting to possession of cocaine.
She later insisted she had been set up.
Tina and her husband Paul Chase, 40, share a nine-year-old daughter, Flame, together.
Following some rough patches in their marriage - even briefly splitting at one point in 2019 - the Celebrity Big Brother star admitted that her recent facelift helped reignite the passion in their relationship.
Paul and Tina tied the knot back in 2010 - beating the likes of Spencer from Big Brother to win their episode of Celebrity Four Weddings.
