Shah Rukh Khan hosts star-studded birthday bash; Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh attend: Inside Pics

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan, turned 58 on Thursday, November 2nd and he hosted a star-studded birthday bash with all closest friends, co-stars and film industry insiders and directors in attendance.

Fans were buzzing with excitement over the actor's big appearance at Mannat and as if that was not enough, they also got to feast their eyes on the new Dunki trailer and poster, and also the announcement of the Jawan extended cut on Netflix. The birthday boy did his best to reciprocate the love to all his fans and kept the celebrations going well into the night by hosting a glitzy bash with all his friends in attendance.

While the birthday party was a private affair, fans have been getting glimpses of all that went on behind closed doors, with the photos that have been leaking online. A few guests from the bash took to their social media handles to share glimpses from party and also some stunning pictures with the many celebrity guests like Alia Bhatt and sister Shaheen Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and husband Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan with Karisma Kapoor and BFF Amrita Arora.

Black and red seemed to be the colour of the evening with the men turning up in all-black suits, while the ladies rocked shades of white and red. Deepika opted for a shimmery number with red detailing while her hubby rocked a black suit and red glasses.

Kareena, who arrived at the venue in a white strapless gown, rocked a stunning ruby and diamond necklace.

Cricketer MS Dhoni and directors Atlee and Rajkumar Hirani. stuck to the all-black dress code.

Others who were also spotted at the bash included Arjun Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Rajput.

On the work front, Shah Rukh is gearig up for the release of his third film of the year - Dunki. The movie directed by Rajkummar Hirani, is scheduled to release this December. It will see the superstar share the screen with actors Tapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar and Anil Grover for the first time.

The star, who is riding on the success of two mammoth blockbusters 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan' is also looking forward to closing the year on a high by scoring his third Rs 1000 crore film. Shah Rukh currently holds the record for the only Bollywood actor with two Rs 1000 crore movies to his credit in the same year.
