After dropping solo character posters, Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday, dropped a new promotional poster of 'Jawan' featuring his co-stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the same frame.
The new poster gives us a close up look at SRK and Vijay, while Nayanthara features in a fiesty cop avatar. Sharing the poster, he wrote, "The Daring. The Dazzling. The Dangerous. #Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu."
After dropping the poster, SRK amped up the excitement about the film, when he asked fans to join him for an #AskSRK session. During the question and answer round, the actor replied to all sorts of fan tweets. While some just shared their excitement about the film's release on September 7, others pushed their luck and asked the superstar details about the upcoming film.
A fan asked SRK about the message he hopes the audience will take away from the film. "Hello @iamsrk sir, can you tell us any lessons or messages from #Jawan that you hope the audience will take away after watching the film? Looking forward to it! #AskSRK" read the tweet.
Replying to the post, Khan said, "The film has a strong take on women empowerment…how to respect and stand for them. #Jawan"
During the chat, another asked him, "Nayanthara mam pe lattu huye ya nahi?"
Reacting to the question, SRK coyly replied, "Chup karo! Doh bacchon ki maa hain woh!! Ha ha."
Contrary to reports that the film is an action-drama, when a fan asked SRK what he would categorise the film as, he said, "Emotional drama…"
The film will reportedly star SRK in a dual role, alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and Deepika Padukone.
He also has 'Dunki' with Rajkummar Hirani that is slated to release in December.
