The SFA's key match incident panel is split over the decision to award Celtic a penalty in their win over Ross County last weekend.
Winger Yang Hyun-jun was brought down in the box by James Brown late on as the Parkhead side led by two goals to one.
While referee Matthew McDermid didn't initially point to the spot, after a VAR review, a penalty was eventually awarded to the Scottish Premiership champions, but not without controversy.
Indeed, live on Sky Sports, James McFadden criticised the final decision: "Not for me,” he said.
“I'm not so sure about that."
Arne Engels stepped up and, at the second time of asking, converted from 12 yards to put his side 3-1 up. The penalty debacle resurfaced today after the SFA revealed the latest outcomes from its key match incident panel.

Over this specific incident, the five-member panel was split, with three claiming the eventual awarding of a spot-kick was correct and two claiming that Celtic were wrongly given a penalty.
Brendan Rodgers' side went on to win the match 4-1 and received another opportunity to net from 12 yards in their game against Dundee on Tuesday.
Engels, once again, converted, this time to salvage a point for his team in an enthralling 3-3 draw.
Next up, Celtic welcome Derek McInnes' Kilmarnock to Rugby Park in the Scottish Cup on Saturday.
