The Scottish FA has helped launch a new company responsible for the hosting of UEFA Euro 2028.
'UK & Ireland 2028 Limited' has been established and recently commenced operations.
English FA chair Debbie Hewitt MBE is joined on the company's board by three Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs): Susan Ahern SC, Alan Stewart, and most notably, Aston Villa star and England international Tyrone Mings.
Chris Bryant MBE has been appointed as Managing Director.
"The creation of the Delivery Company represents a significant milestone in the planning phase of UEFA EURO 2028 UK & Ireland," said Scottish FA CEO Ian Maxwell (scottishfa.co.uk).

"It will enable us to bring together a vastly experienced group, representing all host nations, to create an unforgettable tournament experience for all.
"We want to deliver a festival of football that brings together the unique strands of the respective host nations; a global spectacle that Scotland will be proud to play a part of, ideally both on and off the pitch."
Scotland and England both helped host the delayed 2020 European Championships, with matches being held at both Hampden Park and Wembley Stadium.
The same two grounds will once more be utilised in 2028, along with several other venues across the UK and Ireland.
