Tottenham have been subject to a large amount of transfer speculation since the opening of the January transfer window. Not only have the players been linked with an exit, but so has the head coach, Antonio Conte.
Despite this, Conte must make crucial decisions surrounding his team in the upcoming transfer windows. With many players' contracts in the squad expiring in the next 18 months, the Tottenham hierarchy must decide who they want to keep and who to sell in the coming weeks and months to prevent losing those on a free transfer.
Here is the current state of play as Tottenham consider opening talks in the coming weeks and months.

Harry Kane
Kane's contract is set to expire in 2024. With much speculation surrounding his future it is important that Spurs confirm his future in the coming weeks or months to prevent any further transfer rumours.
However, football.london understands that the England captain is focused on helping Spurs get back into the top four and continuing to progress in both the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup. The 29-year-old is now into the final 18 months of his current contract with the north Londoners and whilst there is no rush to resolve his future, he would be open to discussing the right deal if the club were to begin talks.
Hugo Lloris
Serving the club so well ever since his move from Lyon in the summer of 2012, the shot-stopper is now in the final 18 months of the two-year extension he signed last January.
Always needing to look for his replacement with the World Cup winner entering the final few years of his career, some recent high-profile mistakes have highlighted the need to accelerate their plans in the goalkeeping department.
Lucas Moura
Lucas Moura has been out with a tendon issue that continues to plague him throughout the season, with it currently being unknown when he will return. This will not help in his bid to be offered a new contract by the club.
Spurs have signed a host of forwards in recent times such as Dejan Kulusevski, Richarlison, and the arriving Arnaut Danjuma. This means that space in the side will be limited for Lucas which could impact his future at the club.
Davinson Sanchez
Davinson Sanchez drew plenty of plaudits for the increased consistency of his performances this season for Tottenham yet his future at the club could still be decided by the offers that arrive for him.
The Colombian has been at Spurs for almost half a decade now, having arrived in the summer of 2017 for a then club record £42m from Ajax, but with his inability to consistently remain in the starting XI, a transfer move could be on the cards before his contract expires in 2024.
Eric Dier
Eric Dier has been a regular starter since Antonio Conte took over as manager of the club during the last season. However, the Englishman's contract is set to expire in 2024.
The defender has come under a lot of pressure by the media in recent weeks for his poor performances. Speaking on talkSPORT, Gabriel Agbonlahor wanted to see Dier moved on as he said: "Sell. He’s too slow".
Ivan Perisic
A deal that some questioned in the syummer due to the fact he turns 34 next month , the decision to sign the Croat on a two-year contract has proved to be a masterstroke so far. Perisic has already made quite a name for himself at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and there is certainly more to come from him over the course of this campaign.
With his contract set to expire next season, Daniel Levy has to make a decision whether or not to extend his contract to prevent losing the veteran on a free transfer.
Emerson Royal
With his long-term Tottenham future very much up in the air given all the Pedro Porro speculation at present, Emerson Royal provided a timely reminder of just what he can offer Antonio Conte's side on Monday evening at Fulham. Named in the starting XI for the second successive game, the Brazilian international played a key role in helping the team get back to winning ways.
But, the fact that Conte is still on the hunt for another full-back highlights that Emerson Royal's Tottenham future is in doubt.
