Full-time, part-time and permanent roles are being advertised, ranging from ten to 40 hours per week. The different job roles on offer are bartenders, floor staff and waiting on.
Soho is looking for: “friendly and hard-working staff” who must be available on weekends. No experience is required as full training will be provided and progression is available for the right candidate.

Festival programmer
Homotopia is hiring for a festival programmer, working four days a week (hybrid) starting in February or March 2023.
Homotopia Festival is the UK’s longest running LGBTQIA arts and cultural festival. They are looking for an ambitious individual to programme and deliver our 20th festival, in autumn 2023. In addition, this new role will help to support the management of Homotopia’s artist development programme QueerCore.
Key responsibilities and roles:
Programme, coordinate and deliver the festival (with the support of the Executive Director, Board of Trustees and wider team)
Research, appoint and gather the input of creative advisors
Negotiate contracts and fees with artists/companies/venues
Engage and manage relationships with venues and other partners
Support the Marketing & Development Manager and freelance Graphic Designer to create a brand and develop marketing content for the festival
Manage the QueerCore programme (with the support of the Executive Director)
Support and input on our commissioning work

This role involves checking deliveries to deal with enquiries, ensuring the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
