Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has tipped Erling Haaland to break several goalscoring records with the Blues following his electric start to the campaign.
The Norwegian frontman has registered 26 goals and three assists in 20 appearances in all competitions. The 22-year-old has also scored three top-flight hat-tricks and became the fastest player in history to score 20 Premier League goals following his brace against Leeds United on Wednesday.
Haaland has been in spectacular form for Pep Guardiola's side since moving to the Etihad Stadium from Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window - and club great Aguero believes the City ace will surpass his goal return if he remains in Manchester.

Aguero, who scored 260 goals for City, suggested that Haaland's adaptation to the high intensity of the Premier League deserves additional praise.
"I think that if he's consistent, and if he sticks with City, anything is possible," Aguero told in-house media. "Hopefully that's the case because it would mean City will achieve great new things.
"Look at the stats right now – he scored 18 Premier League goals in the first stage of the league, and the highest in a single season is 34. If he keeps at it, he'll surely be able to clear this mark.
"I think Haaland is maintaining form with his performance in other clubs – and that form is all about scoring.
"His stats are really remarkable. He's kept his stride for City and there's an additional merit to being able to do it in the Premier League, which is a whole different type of game. And on his first season as well!"
The Argentine also claimed that Haaland's immense physical capabilities have helped the 22-year-old striker take the Blues' play to a new dimension under Guardiola.
He added: "He combines a great athletic capacity with raw power – an unusual combination. And he never loses sight of the goalposts – some games, he barely gets the ball, but the few times he does, he scores.
"There's also the fact that a team like City is well-suited to allow him to create many scoring opportunities for him."
Aguero won five Premier League titles during his time at the Etihad Stadium, as well as six EFL Cups and an FA Cup.
