Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero believes Frank Lampard was better than Steven Gerrard and Paul Scholes.
The three Englishmen are often at the centre of debate but Aguero believes his former City team-mate - and current Everton manager - deserves the crown.
While conducting a question-and-answer session on Twitter, Aguero was asked: "Who do you think was the best: Gerrard, Lampard or Scholes?"
His one-word response was: "Lampard."
Chelsea legend Lampard made 32 appearances during his year in Manchester back in 2014 - scoring six times in the process.
Aguero recently announced his retirement from football following an ongoing heart problem after joining Barcelona in the summer.
He scored 260 goals in all competitions for the Citizens.
