Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne are in agreement over their favourite ever Liverpool player - Michael Owen.
The two Manchester City icons were both inspired by the former Reds striker, who won the 2001 Ballon d'Or and went on to star for Real Madrid and Manchester United.
With De Bruyne's love for Owen well-documented, Aguero revealed his shared admiration for the ex- England hero to his followers on Twitter in a Q&A.
The 33-year-old, who recently retired due to health issues, also named Owen as his idol in a conversation with Thierry Henry in 2020.
"Look, to me the Premier League is... when I was a kid I was looking up to Michael Owen," Aguero told Henry for Puma. "I've always said it, even in my book, I like him because he's small, he had the No.10 just like me in my club and he played as a forward.

"So I told myself, if a small player like him is doing well in the Premier League, I could make it too.
"Imagine that I was only a kid, I was 9-10-years-old, it was in 1998, he scored this amazing goal with England, I was a kid and when I saw that goal I couldn't believe my eyes.
"I was watching the World Cup in my neighbourhood and I was telling everyone that I loved Owen."
Owen played over 200 times for Liverpool and won 89 caps for England, as injury ultimately hampered a career which looked so promising as an exciting youngster.
When he made his debut in 1998, he became the Three Lions' youngster-ever player at the time.
His emergence as one of the world's best marksman occurred when both City stars were growing up, with De Bruyne also recalling watching his iconic goal against Argentina at the '98 World Cup to BT Sport in a recent clip.
But that was not the first time that the Belgian had named Owen as his childhood idol, as footage of De Bruyne while at Gent in his early years even revealed his desire to play for Liverpool thanks to their star striker.
"My favourite team is Liverpool," said the baby-faced youngster in a clip which made headlines years later in 2018. "My favourite player is Michael Owen and I would like to play there."
He added in an interview with UEFA two years ago: "I was playing as a striker so it was similar at the time.
"When I became a midfielder I just loved the game but no one individual I really admired. I just liked football as a concept.'
