Serbia vs Switzerland lineups: Starting XIs, confirmed team news and injury latest for World Cup 2022 today

Switzerland welcome back Xherdan Shaqiri for their World Cup group finale with Serbia tonight.

While Brazil have already won Group G with a game to spare, both European teams could still make it into the knockout stages as runners-up and have the luxury of pretty much every player available.

Aleksandar Mitrovic continues up front for Serbia after scoring his first goal of the tournament against Cameroon while Dusan Vlahovic has been picked to partner him.

Elsewhere, the rest of the team largely picks itself, with plenty expected of Dusan Tadic and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic once more.

For the Swiss, Noah Okafor does not start having carried a muscle injury.

Shaqiri replaces Fabian Rieder on the wing and Fabian Schar is picked in the defence.

Serbia XI: V. Milinkovic-Savic; Milenkovic, Veljkovic, Pavlovic; Zivkovic, S. Milinkovic-Savic, Lukic, Kostic; Tadic; Vlahovic, Mitrovic.

Switzerland XI: Kobel; Widmer, Akanji, Schar, Rodriguez; Freuler, Xhaka; Shaqiri, Sow, Vargas; Embolo.
