The Senior Bowl practice sessions kicked off on Tuesday at Hancock Whitney Stadium on the campus of the University of South Alabama. On a breezy and mostly overcast afternoon, the American and National teams ran through their first practice sessions in front of hundreds of NFL scouts, coaches, GMs and media.
The American team is coached by the Lions and RBs coach Duce Staley, who is acting head coach for the week. The New York Jets are running the show for the National team, which practiced first on the day.
Here’s the notebook from the sidelines for Tuesday’s practice sessions, with a focus on the Lions’ team here.
