In tonight's edition: A Senegalese judge orders the release of a journalist who has spent more than two months behind bars and several weeks on hunger strike. Pape Ale Niang's arrest back in November sparked protests and widespread calls for his release. Also, Rwanda's Kagame says his country can no longer continue to welcome Congolese refugees.
