Senators have left the Senate chamber to bring the certificates of votes to the House chamber to be counted. Senate pages carrying mahogany boxes containing the 'certificates of vote' from the states are heading through the Capitol now to the House of Representatives. They are followed by the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms, secretary of the Senate, Vice President Kamala Harris, the Senate parliamentarian, Senate tellers Sens. Deb Fischer and Amy Klobuchar, and the rest of the Senators.
