Selena Gomez 's former best pal and kidney donor Francia Raisa previously called the famous singer out for allegedly drinking after her organ transplant.
It is reported that the How I Met Your Father actress, 34, stopped talking to Selena, 30, because the Barney and Friends alum "wouldn't stop drinking".
The claims are reported to have come from Selena's ex-friend's dad, El Cucuy, who made an appearance on a Spanish news show five months ago.
It has emerged that during the interview he was asked why his daughter wasn't included in Selena's highly-anticipated documentary.
Explaining that friendship break-ups happen when love, money and fame is involved, he then spoke of how the pair had a disagreement.
The disagreement is said to have come about when Selena was drinking alcohol, with Francia telling the singer that she "didn't give her a kidney, so she could go out and drink", which in turn could put stress on the donated organ.
Mirror Online has reached out to both Selena and Francia's representatives for comment.
In 2017, Francia underwent surgery as she became Selena's kidney donor after she faced health complications that related to her lupus diagnosis.
This new revelation, as per Francia's dad's interview, was unearthed by TMZ, and comes after Francia dodged a slew of questions about her former BFF.
The esteemed actress was out for a walk with her dog last week when she was approached by somebody who fired a string of questions at her - with them focusing quite a bit on her alleged former pal.
Francia no longer follows Selena on Instagram, according to reports, with her asked by the interviewer if everything between them is okay off the back of this.
Smirking a little before addressing the question, she then replied: "Sunday is so fun, it's a day of rest. I'm Francia and I'm hanging out with my dog," completely dodging the question about Selena.
Asked if she still talks to Selena, Francia seemingly shaded the singer again when she said: "It's a good day, it's so pretty out now. I was in the snow last week and now L.A. weather."
