Selena Gomez makes first Instagram appearance since seeking treatment for health battles

Selena Gomez has made a rare appearance on Instagram, three months after she reportedly sought help for anxiety and depression.

The 26-year-old singer appeared to be in good spirits, surrounded by friends as they enjoyed snow tubing in Southern California, following her reported exit from a treatment centre in New York.

Gomez posed for pictures alongside a large group of friends including, Wizards of Waverley Place co-star Bailee Madison and model pal Connar Franklin.

Posing in an over-sized parker, black beanie and Taylor Swift stadium tour hoodie, the Back To You singer grinned as she posed for the camera.

Gomez has not posted on her own Instagram since September, when she announced she was taking a social media break.

The appearance marks one of the star’s first public outings since October, with famous friends coming out to show their support for Gomez.
