A SCOTTISH chef and entrepreneur has been named among the most "inspiring" and "powerful" young people in the UK by The Sunday Times.
The Young Power List, which includes famous names like influencer Molly-Mae Hague and Formula One driver Lando Norris, highlights some of the most influential young people in fields like art, politics and food.
Discussing the ranking, Hannah Swerling, The Sunday Times' commissioning editor, said this year's list showcases the "incredible talent, resilience and vision" of young people across the country.

A Scottish entrepreneur who invented the Metacarpal body-powered bionic hand and a chef from Lannan bakery have been named in The Sunday Times' Young Power List.
Fergal Mackie – 27-year-old entrepreneur from Edinburgh
Fergal Mackie was named because of his role as the inventor of Metacarpal, a body-powered bionic hand that improves the lives of upper-limb amputees without using electronics.
According to the newspaper, his interest in prosthetics was sparked during his mechanical engineering studies after breaking both wrists in an accident.
