A second man has been charged with the murder of 26-year-old Trei Daley in Hackney Wick.
Mawien Mawien, 38, of Portland Close, Romford, has been charged with murder, Section 18 wounding of another man and possession of a bladed article.
He is due to appear at Highbury Magistrates Court on Friday, February 24.
The victim, from Bromley, south London, was fatally stabbed near Colour Factory nightclub in the early hours of Saturday, February 11.
Mr Daley and a second wounded man, aged 24, presented at an east London hospital with stab wounds at around 4.30am.
Despite the efforts of medics, his life could not be saved. A later post-mortem gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
The other wounded man was discharged from hospital later the same day.
Another defendant, Christopher Appiah-Blay, 35, was earlier charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on February 14 and was remanded in custody.
A trial has been set for April 2, 2024 at the Old Bailey.
A 20-year-old man arrested on February 18 on suspicion of murder has been bailed to a date in May.
