Another Love Island star has already left the villa in a huge recoupling twist.
It has been reported that one more contestant has said goodbye to the ITV2 show, with the dramatic exit reportedly set to air on Tuesday night's show. Paige Thorne and Afia Tonkmore are both currently single, but with newbie Jacques O'Neill entering the villa during last night's episode, it has prompted a recoupling - and one star will leave.
Gemma Owen's ex Jacques caused quite the stir when he entered the show last night, but not more so for Gemma, who was quickly pulled to the side by the rugby star as they chatted about their encounter on the ITV2 show.
Both Paige and Afia went on a date with Jacques, but he was still keen to pull his ex for a chat.
But now The Sun is reporting that someone has already left the show after a tense recoupling, following hot off the heels of Liam Llewellyn's exit from the programme after he decided he just wasn't able to be himself during his time in the Majorcan villa.
He told the rest of the cast about his decision last week, leaving most of them in tears.
"Obviously we all came here for the same sort of reason, but I haven't been giving 100 per cent Liam. I know what 100 per cent Liam is and I'm miles off that," he explained, "Trying to find someone you leave the villa with that you love, that's the goal.
"But when you're not feeling that, it makes it a very hard sort of time to find that. I've been thinking long and hard, it isn't spur of the moment, so I've made a decision I'm going to leave the villa."
Liam had previously explained how rejection would be the worse thing he could experience in the villa.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press before going into the villa, he said: "Something I am most nervous about is probably the feeling of not being wanted in a recoupling or something, not being picked.
"Everyone wants to be wanted, and wants to be picked. So it’s the feeling of not being picked is a nerve-wracking thought for me. That feeling of being rejected, it's never a nice feeling."
