SEC power rankings after Week 6: Tennessee cruises, UGA tops Auburn, Bama survives

Wow, what an ending to Week 6 we witnessed in the Southeastern Conference.

Texas A&M had a chance to go into Tuscaloosa and top Alabama from two yards out with three seconds to go. The Tide survived, beating the Aggies 24-20. Georgia used a dominant second-half performance to beat Auburn, 42-10, in Athens. Tennessee delivered the most impressive performance of the weekend with a 40-13 win over LSU in Death Valley. Mississippi State also had a huge win, beating Arkansas, 40-17. Florida held on to beat Mizzou 24-17. And South Carolina earned a big win over the Will Levis-less Kentucky Wildcats in Lexington, derailing Kentucky’s hopes for making it to the SEC Championship Game.
