Alabama’s recent schedule has been quite tough. The Crimson Tide will have played Arkansas, Texas A&M, and Tennessee in the weeks prior to the Mississippi State game. It is always a challenge facing Mississippi State’s pass-heavy offense, so that game should be fun.
The Ole Miss at LSU game is another great game. There’s a good chance that Ole Miss enters the game at 7-0. LSU home games tend to get wild. This one could be the best game of the week if LSU can keep pace with Ole Miss.
Arkansas, Auburn, and Kentucky all have bye weeks in Week 8. Week 8 may not be the best weekend of SEC football, but it certainly is not the worst.
