The search is on for the best new buildings and construction projects to compete in the 2023 ProCon Leicestershire Awards.
Nominated projects will be in the running for the prestigious awards, now in their 20 th year, with the winners to be announced in front of 620 people from across the property and construction industry.
Finalists will get the last remaining tickets for the event on November 9. The general tickets sold out in minutes when they went on sale in April.
There are nine award categories covering a wide variety of new buildings, refurbishments, deals and regeneration. They are for:
· Small, medium and large residential schemes
· Small, medium and large non-residential schemes
· Regeneration project
· Infrastructure project
· Property Deal

ProCon chair Umesh Desai said: “Winning a ProCon award – or being a finalist – is a great achievement for everyone who works on a successful project in Leicestershire and Rutland.
