Seann Walsh has claimed that a porn channel offered him quarter of a million pounds to film a pornographic film with his Strictly co-star Katya Jones.
The 36-year-old stand up comedian saw his life fall apart back in 2018 when he was a contestant on the hit BBC dance competition – but ended up making headlines when photos emerged of him locking lips with 32-year-old Katya, who was married to 39-year-old Neil Jones at the time.
The scandal dragged Strictly into disrepute once again as it seemed the infamous ‘curse’ had struck again – and Katya and Neil decided to end their marriage soon after.
Seann has opened up about the way his life fell apart following his Strictly stint in his new stand up show, called Kiss, and explained how his dreams of becoming a household favourite turned to ash.
During his show, which is currently available to stream in full via Seann's YouTube channel, the star reveals: “Television X, The porn channel, remember that? Offered me £250,000 to do a porn film with Katja!"
He added: "But she said no!”
Seann says appearing on Strictly Come Dancing turned his life “upside down” and that “the dream, turned into a nightmare” as he had hoped to replicate the same success other comedy stars enjoyed after featuring on the dance show only for his career to stall afterwards instead.
He explained: “I was dubbed the most hated comedian in the country. The most hated comedian in the country! Only I could go on Strictly Come Dancing and come out the most hated comedian in the country. What a f***ing c***!”
Comparing himself to past Strictly stars, he said: “Susan Cowman, been on the year before – went on to have her own TV shows.
“Chris Ramsey, did it the year after – number one podcast in the country! People dressed up as me for Halloween!”
He also said that he had to abandon his London home as he was hounded by paparazzi and reporters after his kiss with Katya was exposed.
He said: “I had to move into a hotel for two weeks because the reporters were waiting outside my house, rummaging through my bins, they even turned up at my parents’ house. And s**t themselves when my dad answered.”
He added: “My Twitter went bats**t. Thousands and thousands of people telling me they hate me.
“This was the complete opposite of what I was trying to achieve. It would be like David Attenborough going to recycle a can of coke and he accidentally burned down a rainforest.”
