From the studio to the sidelines after a one-year break.
Sean Payton has signed a 5-year contract with the Denver Broncos.
The former New Orleans Saints coach spent the 2022 season with FOX Sports.
With Denver, he joins a team that finished in last place in the AFC West.
First-year coach Nathaniel Hackett was fired during the season and the acquisition of Russell Wilson proved dismal.

The Broncos had to work out compensation with the Saints to land Payton. That happened earlier in the week.
Now, they hope this Payton will produce the result of another Peyton (Manning) and bring a Super Bowl championship to Denver.
