Sean O'Neill says Ballymena United need to find more consistency in their game.
The Sky Blues have only won three of their last seven games, but two of those victories came against Cliftonville and Crusaders.
Four defeats in the same period to Newry City, Linfield, Portadown and Coleraine have seen them drop to eighth in the tabel ahead of today's visit by Glentoran.

"We're too inconsistent," said O'Neill. "It's OK beating the likes of Cliftonville, but then you go and lose to Portadown.
"Those are the games you have to win, especially for us.
"At the minute we need to get some consistency about our game and try and put a couple of results together.
"In this league once you put two or three results together it's hard to stop that momentum.
"You can see that with Coleraine, they are flying at the minute after a couple of really big results.
"We did it at Crusaders for years, you get those first two or three results, then it goes to four or five and the next thing you've gone 14 or 15 unbeaten."
Glentoran have had their own struggles of late with only one win in their last eight games.
Like Ballymena they slipped to defeat on Boxing Day, but O'Neill is wary of the threat from what he feels is "the best squad in the league".
"In my opinion they have probably got the best squad in the league," he said.
"We're going to come up against a wounded animal who will be looking to bounce back."
