Sean Dyche has admitted he does not expect players to come to him with information, insisting he will approach Everton players when appropriate.
The 51-year-old has developed a no-nonsense reputation during his managerial career, opting for old school methods in training sessions and in matches. This style has already been witnessed at Everton since his appointment, having recently banned hats and snoods in first-team training.
