Sean Dyche makes fresh Everton transfer admission
Sean Dyche has already held talks with Kevin Thelwell over transfers following his appointment as Everton's new manager.
The Blues confirmed on Monday afternoon that Dyche had agreed to take charge of the club after Frank Lampard was sacked last week. The 51-year-old takes over a team who have won once in 12 Premier League games.
Dyche took training for the first time on Monday and will take charge of his first game against Arsenal this weekend. However, his immediate focus will be on adding to his squad ahead of Tuesday’s 11pm deadline.

Speaking before his sacking, Lampard admitted his side were in need of attacking reinforcements and the ECHO has long reported that the club were hoping to bring in two forward options this month.
But apart from Ellis Simms returning from a successful loan spell at Sunderland, no new faces are yet to arrive at the club. Everton are one of only three Premier League sides yet to make a new signing so far this month.
However, when asked about transfers during his first interview in charge of Everton, Dyche admitted work is underway to try and add to his squad, but he is also hoping to get more out of a group of players who currently sit second-bottom of the Premier League table.

Conor Gallagher transfer latest as Everton linked with major bid
Everton have today been linked with a move for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
Reports emerged on Monday claiming that the Blues are keen to bring the midfielder to Goodison Park before the transfer window closes. Everton have until 11pm on Tuesday to complete their business.
Everton have a new manager at the helm now, with Sean Dyche now confirmed as the successor to Frank Lampard. The new Blues boss will likely want to add reinforcements to his squad before the window slams shut.
According to BBC journalist Alex Howell, Everton have made a bid to sign Gallagher. However, it is not stated how much the Blues have offered Chelsea in an attempt to complete a deal.
