A recent lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court names Sean 'Diddy' Combs as a co-defendant, alleging that his son Christian 'King' Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father. The lawsuit claims that Sean Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward.

The plaintiff, Grace O'Marcaigh, who worked as a crew member and bartender on the boat, alleges that in late December of 2022, Christian Combs pressured her to drink tequila that she believes was spiked with other drugs. The suit further states that he groped her breasts and genitals and attempted to force her to perform oral sex.

The lawsuit also accuses Sean Combs of turning what was supposed to be a family excursion into a hedonistic environment, where the assault was not only tolerated but encouraged. O'Marcaigh reported the assault to the yacht's captain the following morning, but alleges that no meaningful investigation was conducted.

The suit claims that O'Marcaigh was fired in retaliation and has since been unable to find work in the music industry. It also states that she has suffered severe emotional trauma since the incident in 2022.

Allegations include spiked drink, groping, and attempted forced oral sex by Christian Combs.

Christian Combs, who is also a musical artist, was at his father's Los Angeles home during recent searches by Homeland Security agents but was not arrested. The lawsuit filed by producer Rodney Jones in February includes allegations that Sean Combs coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

These lawsuits are part of a series of legal actions accusing Sean Combs of sexual misconduct. Combs and his attorneys have denied all allegations. The lawsuit seeks damages to be determined at trial.

Sean Combs, a prominent figure in the hip-hop industry and founder of Bad Boy Records, has built a successful business empire that includes private-label spirits, fashion, and a TV network.
