The Seattle Seahawks are back on the practice field this week, preparing for Sunday’s road game against the Cincinnati Bengals after the bye week. Even though they’ve had a week off, there’s still a bunch of key players on the injury report. On the bright side, strong safety Jamal Adams has cleared the concussion protocol and was back at practice, albeit in a limited capacity. Also, second-year left tackle Charles Cross has returned top practice after sitting out several weeks with turf toe. Cross was also listed as limited.
