The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for their second-straight Thursday Night Football showdown. This time, it will be against the Dallas Cowboys.
Like last week, the Seahawks did not have an actual practice on Wednesday afternoon. They had a walk-through, and as such, the practice report is an estimation of what a full practice would have looked like.

Guard Phil Haynes (toe) is the only player ruled OUT. He did not participate in practice, along with Kenneth Walker III (oblique) and wide receiver Dee Eskridge (ribs).
