The Seahawks will finally be getting right tackle Abe Lucas back in the lineup soon. Lucas was designated to return to practice earlier today after spending the last 10 weeks on the injured reserve list. In his first practice since the knee injury, Lucas was listed as limited. Meanwhile, Tyler Lockett and four others did not participate.
