The Seattle Seahawks are back on the road this weekend, and will once again wear their typical away threads. For the third time this year, Seattle will wear the white jersey/blue pants uniform combo. They last wore it in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers, and first in Week 2 this year in New England. Both were victories.
Overall, the Seahawks are 30-21 in this particular combo, and it is their second most common uniform option behind their typical all-navy home look.

Kudos to the Seahawks social media team, with an incredibly effective troll-job with their uniform post. Defensive lineman Leonard Williams is prominently featured, as he was originally the No. 6 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft, selected by… the New York Jets. Alongside him is Johnathan Hankins, who entered into this league as a Giant.
Of course, with the Seattle Seahawks traveling to MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands, one cannot help but think about how the white/navy look was the uniform combo the team wore during their triumph in Super Bowl XLVIII. For many 12’s out there, this will always be their favorite look for the Seahawks.
Seattle kicks off against the Jets 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time on Fox.
