Seahawks injury report: 1 O-lineman upgraded, another downgraded

The Seattle Seahawks practiced Thursday preparing for the Arizona Cardinals at Lumen Field on Sunday and released their second injury report of the week.

It was again lengthy but it did not include any new additions.

C Evan Brown (hip), RB Zach Charbonnet (hamstring), G Phil Haynes (calf), WR DK Metcalf (ribs, hip)

Haynes was downgraded after being limited on Wednesday. The rest were out two straight days.

Limited participation

T Jake Curhan (ankle), CB Artie Burns (hamstring), T Charles Cross (ankle), G Damien Lewis (ankle), WR Tyler Lockett (hamstring)

Curhan was out Wednesday but was able to do more on Thursday.

Full participation

CB Tre Brown (toe)

Brown was limited on Wednesday and should be on track to play on Sunday.
