The first place Seattle Seahawks are looking to defend their perch atop the NFC West this weekend against the Arizona Cardinals. However, the team was without head coach Mike Macdonald for Monday’s practice to kick off a crucial week of preparation.
Why? Well, I believe I speak for us all when I say missing practice because your wife is in labor is a pretty strong excuse to miss practice!
