Courteney Cox is a vision in blue as the first images emerged of the actor on the set of Scream 6 in Montreal.
The 58-year-old star, who is reprising the role of Gale Weathers for the latest slasher film, was pictured in character in an electric blue suit and green heels while filming in Canada.
In the images, Cox was in costume as the weather reporter and she stood alongside cast while taking a break from the day’s shoot.
Images of the Friends star came months after she confirmed she was returning to the franchise, having received a script for the movie.
Recently, her co-star Neve Campbell revealed she would not be making a comeback to the film.
New pictures on the set of #SCREAM6 of Courteney Cox, Melissa Barrera, and Jenna Ortega. This brought back #SCREAM4 memories as my excitement shot through the roof seeing these pictures.

Campbell, who played Sidney Prescott, in the franchise, released a statement that confirmed she had turned down an offer for the latest film.
“Sadly I won’t be making the next Scream film. As a woman I have had to work extremely hard in my career to establish my value, especially when it comes to Scream,” Campbell explained.
“I felt the offer that was presented to me did not equate to the value I have brought to the franchise.
“To all my Scream fans, I love you. You’ve always been so incredibly supportive to me. I’m forever grateful to you and to what this franchise has given me over the past 25 years.”
Campbell’s exit from the franchise was met with widespread praise from fellow Scream co-stars including Emma Roberts and Matthew Lilliard.
Scream 6 is expected to be released at the end of March 2023.
The remaining stars of Scream 6 have so far kept tight-lipped about what horrors the latest movie may feature.
However, Cox previously spoke to Variety about her character’s future.
“I did not die so yes you will see me. Gale’s pretty strong. She may not ever [die], but who knows!” Cox told the publication.
