When it comes to talking more than one language, it's always interesting to see the way things are translated and whether the translation is exact or not.
But something else that many of us are intrigued by is how we refer to common words.
And in this case, it's all about the last main meal of the day.

When you wake up in the morning, the first meal is breakfast which is then followed by lunch. But excluding snacks, what do you call this?
Taking to TikTok, one Scottish comedian, James Gardner - or @jamesycottar - has started the debate over this exact question. And it's leaving people across the UK arguing.
In his video, with one voice pretending to be his English girlfriend in the background he says: "James, shall we eat supper on the sofa in the lounge?" - and representing many Scots he seems a little confused.
In response to her choice of words he replies: "Shall we have supper on the sofa in the lounge? Naw, we'll have dinner on the couch in the living room. You need to learn to speak properly."
The video quickly racked up a lot of attention with the comedy piece getting over 600k views, 50k likes and nearly one thousand comments with many people debating what the correct words were.

Taking to the comments one argued: "It’s no supper or dinner!!! It’s tea!!!"
Another added: "Tea on the couch in the living room. No need to put the big light on though."
"I've never said supper. The word freaks me out" wrote a third whilst a fourth said: "My family born and bred Glasgow, we always had breakfast, lunch, dinner then supper. Always couch and living-room or dining-room tbf."
What do you call the last 'main' meal of the day? Let us know!
