SCOTTISH music legends Skerryvore have announced their biggest show to date to mark their 20th anniversary.
The band responsible for the hit “Take My Hand” will be headlining a show at Floors Castle in the Scottish town of Kelso on Saturday, May 31 2025.
In a post on Twitter/X they revealed the new date and said: “Here we go! So excited to be finally sharing this incredible news with you. We’ll be celebrating our 20th anniversary in the shadow of one of Scotland’s most breathtaking castles and you’re all invited to join us for the party!”
The band said the show will feature special guests and surprises for all.
Lead singer Alec Dalglish added: “Floors Castle feels like the perfect setting for Skerryvore XX and will make for such a memorable backdrop.
"We’ve played some incredible stages and events over the years but to hold our biggest ever concert on home turf is going to be a landmark moment. We’re planning to invite a few special guests to join us across the night and are looking forward to welcoming fans from near and far to the Scottish Borders in May to mark two decades together.”
The event expects to welcome more than 5000 visitors.
Tickets for the anniversary show will go on sale Sunday, November 17 and you can get exclusive access to presale tickets by signing up to the band’s mailing list before Saturday, November 16 at 12pm (GMT).
