Scottish mum fuming as InTheStyle green dress makes her 'looks like broccoli'

A Scottish mum has been left less than impressed after buying a dress she says left her looking like a vegetable.

Clare Kelly was dumbfounded as she stood in a green dress filming a TikTok for her followers, as reported by the Scottish Sun.

The green dress that arrived from women's clothes shop, InTheStyle, was too big on her body, and she felt uncomfortable in it.

After putting the playsuit on, Clare poses in her full-length mirror to her followers, and jokes that she 'looks like a broccoli'.

She posted this short clip on TikTok yesterday - and has since racked up more than 143,800 views already.

As Clare poses in the mirror, she remarks: "Why is InTheStyle doing the dirty?"

One of the puffed sleeves falls off her shoulder as she says, "Look, oh it's too big."

Sighing in frustration, Clare goes on: "So ugly. I don't even. I look like a broccoli. No."

Already, the post has received over 4,820 likes, 200 comments and has been shared more than 600 times.

TikTok comments have flooded in to share their disbelief and laughter after she compared the dress to the not-well-liked veg.

One person wrote: "a broccoli, I've died" with laughing face emojis.

Another said: "It’s giving cabbage…but on the bright side that green is a lovely colour on you!"

A third added: "It reminds me of the green quality streets triangles" with a laughing face emoji.
