The Scottish Government has confirmed there have been no deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
It means the death toll since March 2020 - of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days – remains 10,512.
Monday's figures also showed 5,118 new cases of coronavirus have been identified overnight.
There are currently 884 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus with 18 being treated in intensive care.
To date 4,428,021 people have received their first vaccination with 4,143,511 being given a second jab and 3,352,239 having received a third dose or booster.
The figures come as Humza Yousaf warned Boris Johnson's move to end covid restrictions should not ‘force our hand’.
The Scottish Health Secretary said funding for free tests should be continued in Scotland even if the UK Government decides to end all restrictions and the requirement to test in England.
It comes after Boris Johnson told MPs he is looking to end the requirement to self-isolate after a positive test by the end of February, a month earlier than scheduled.
Under this scenario, Yousaf said the Scottish Government could have to set up its own procurement for tests and potentially find the money from elsewhere.
Yousaf said he is concerned that he has not seen the public health advice around the Prime Minister’s announcement.
