The Scottish Government has confirmed no coronavirus deaths were reported in Tayside in the last 24 hours.
The area's death toll - composed of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days - stays the same at 828.
Data from Public Health Scotland also shows that 188 new cases were recorded overnight in the region.
In total, Tayside has recorded 79,971 cases of Covid-19 since the pandemic began.
The latest local vaccination data shows that 91.2% of people across Tayside have had at least one jag, 86% have received at least two, while 69.1% have also received a third, or booster, vaccination.
Across the country, 7,565 new positive cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in the last day.
There were 30 Covid-confirmed deaths reported meaning the country's overall death toll from the virus rises to 10,341.
There are currently 1,177 people in Scotland's hospitals being treated for covid with 29 in intensive care.
The figures come amid calls from opposition parties to get workers back in offices.
The Scottish Government has repeatedly warned companies during the last two years to allow staff who are able to work from home the opportunity to do.
The latest guidance was changed yesterday, with firms now allowed to let some workers back in offices while others continue working remotely.
But there are fears about the long-term damage being done to city centre economies as office blocks continue to sit empty.
Speaking yesterday, John Swinney said “ministers would want to encourage hybrid working, it obviously has many benefits for individuals for organisations”.
